Talkdesk Advanced Dialer
New Automation Triggers for Preview Dialer: Four new Automation Designer triggers for Preview Dialer workflows, plus an enriched Call Connected payload, let administrators sync external CRMs and databases in real time. This supports contextual screen pops, agent skip-reason logging, and tracking of rescheduled callbacks.
Talkdesk Identity
Email Fraud Validation: Validate inbound email senders directly in Studio using fraud detection signals including domain reputation, spam trap score, abuse history, and an overall fraud score. Risky email conversations can now be flagged before they reach an agent, reducing exposure to fraudulent or abusive communications.
Talkdesk Studio
- Reference Hub Column Resizing & Fuzzy Matching: Click and drag column borders directly within the Data Table to adjust column widths for a customized, flexible view.
- Fuzzy Matching: Advanced search functionality that allows users to quickly find key values and data entries, even with partial matches.
Talkdesk Voice Platform:
[Preview] Talkdesk SIP Interconnect: Admins can connect their existing telephony environment to Talkdesk through SIP trunks configured in a dedicated Workspace app. This includes a Direct Routing trunk with Microsoft Teams. Calls between platforms follow policies already defined, and agents can reach Microsoft Teams experts from the Conversations app without PSTN charges.
Talkdesk Workforce Management
- Team Schedules on Mobile: Agents can now view their team's schedule in the TD Schedules mobile app.
- Effective Dates for Scheduling Rules: Resource Planners can schedule rule changes in advance by setting a future Effective Date.
