Summary: The EU Screen Recording service endpoint requires a mandatory update before September 1, 2026. Customers with firewall rules, proxy configurations, or IP allowlists must update their network settings to the new endpoint before this date to avoid service disruptions. Impacted customers: Customers using Screen Recording who allowlist specific network domains or IP addresses for firewall or proxy purposes; no action is required for customers who do not use such configurations. |
What is changing and why
Talkdesk is updating the EU Screen Recording service endpoint to enhance security and support ongoing infrastructure improvements. As part of this change, the legacy EU endpoint will be retired on September 1, 2026, and replaced with a new endpoint.
Impact & Action Required
Customers with firewall rules, proxy configurations, or IP allowlists must update network settings to allow the new EU endpoint and IP addresses before September 1, 2026.
New EU endpoint:
- Domain: streamrec-eu.eyeson.com
- IP addresses: 3.126.217.217, 35.157.71.38, 52.28.97.115
- IPv6: 2a05:d014:a2d:8e00::/56
Note: This update does not affect TURN infrastructure (nuts.eyeon.com). Those addresses are unchanged and do not require updates.
Important: Add the new EU endpoint at any time prior to September 1, 2026. However, do not remove the legacy EU endpoint from the allowlist until after September 1, 2026.
Time and Duration
Both the legacy and new EU endpoints are now available. The legacy EU endpoint will be retired on September 1, 2026, as a one-time event. To avoid service disruptions, complete all network updates before this date.
