Release Notes
Talkdesk Admin
- Team-based Access Control for Attributes: Admins can now assign and remove Teams directly to Attributes, allowing differentiated access through role-based permissions. Attribute visibility has also been updated to align with specific team scopes.
Talkdesk AI Launchpad
- Configuring Copilot Knowledge Settings: Admins can now maximize efficiency by customizing how knowledge is accessed and generated globally, account-wide, or tailored to specific routing flows.
- Interaction Analytics Sampling: Effectively manage AI processing costs and pilot new AI flows by configuring a percentage-based Sampling Rate from 1% to 99%.
Talkdesk Copilot
- Summarization fine-tuning per flow: Copilot's prompts and suggested responses can now be tailored (at the flow level) to specific team needs. This allows for customized call summarization styles and the ability to manage or test these prompts directly.
Talkdesk Live
- User Scope for Live Reporting: This new permission setting restricts agents to viewing only their own performance data. It improves data privacy and security by hiding sensitive or unrelated information.
Talkdesk Performance Management
- Performance Management Team Scoping: Admins can now restrict Supervisors’ and Resource Planners’ visibility to specific teams and child teams. This reduces accidental changes and protects sensitive performance data.
Talkdesk Studio
- “Play Audio” Component Referencing Mode: Dynamic data, such as variables or data lookups, can be used within the “Play Audio” component rather than relying on static files. This enables tailored audio experiences based on specific customer attributes/interactions.
