Talkdesk Autopilot (Agentic)
- Updates to Autopilot Agentic's Voice Settings: Now, users can enjoy enhanced control over Autopilot’s voices, languages, and interaction behaviors. This includes new features such as allowing customers to interrupt agents (barge-in), automatic language detection, customizable speech sensitivity, and advanced voice tuning.
Talkdesk Digital Engagement
- Granular Access Control for Rewriter and Translator: Admins can now manage Rewriter and Translator access by leveraging AI Launchpad: Turn the features ON or OFF and control which agents or queues can use them. This provides greater flexibility and governance when deploying AI-powered assistance.
- Digital Channels in Avg. Handle Time widget: Users are now able to see the digital channels’ AVG (average) Handle Time data in the Avg Handle Time widget. The widget displays the average time it takes to handle a contact. Keep in mind that data is broken down by channel or filtered as needed.
Talkdesk Embedded
- Simplified Login Flow: The most recent update simplifies the authentication process by removing the need for agents to enter the account domain every time they log in to the embedded component. The account name is now available as a parameter within the embedded implementation.
Talkdesk Explore
- Updates to Explore API (Effective May 11th, 2026): As of May 11th, 2026, we will be releasing field name updates to the Explore API to improve data consistency. Custom fields and disposition columns will be added, and columns will be renamed for several API reports. Integrations referencing the old column names will break after the release and must be updated. Note: These changes have no impact on existing records or historical data values.
