Talkdesk Admin

  • Reset Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) per User: Admins and users with security settings permissions can now reset MFA for any individual user directly from the Users app, without opening a support ticket. This removes delays and gives teams precise, self-serve control over MFA management.
  • E911 Compliance Report: A new report gives Admins full visibility into the emergency address compliance status of every agent on their account. This ensures teams can identify and address gaps in E911 configuration without manual tracking.
  • SIP Device Management: Admins can now provision, configure, and manage SIP devices across their organization from a single interface in Talkdesk Admin. This eliminates manual per-device setup and reduces reliance on on-site support for deployments, updates, and device control.

Talkdesk AI Agent Platform

AI Markers are available for AI Agent workflows: This feature extends conversation observability beyond Autopilot intent-based experiences. Marker activity can be monitored through the updated AI Markers report in Talkdesk Explore. Note: The existing AI Conversation Markers report has been renamed to AI Markers and includes updated column names and additional fields.

Talkdesk Digital Engagement

Custom Fields in Messaging Contacts Dataset: Organizations can now include custom field data directly within the Messaging Contacts dataset, linking external metadata to digital channel interactions. This allows supervisors and analysts to build reports that reflect their unique workflows directly within Explore.

Talkdesk Explore

Billing Cost reports changes: "Queues" instead of "Ring Groups" are used for Billing Cost reports across all labels, column headers, and permission settings, aligning report terminology with current platform nomenclature. No action is required, as reporting logic and functionality are unchanged.

Talkdesk Healthcare Experience Cloud

Patient Interaction Report (Epic Caboodle Integration): Talkdesk now captures voice inbound and outbound interaction metadata, including wait time, talk time, hold time, and transfer count, and forwards it automatically via the DocumentCallAnalytics API.

Talkdesk Retail Experience Cloud

Historical Data Synchronization via Industries Jobs: Admins can now backfill historical customer, order, and product data from Shopify or BigCommerce directly within Talkdesk, without raising a support ticket. This ensures retail agents have full customer context from day one, including records that predate the integration go-live.

Talkdesk Studio

Reference Hub - Export & Import Management: Admins can now export and import Reference Tables in CSV or JSON format, and perform bulk row creation or updates without manual entry. This streamlines data operations and makes it easier to maintain and migrate table configurations at scale.
