In addition to your licenses, your Talkdesk contract will include usage rates. You can download usage pricing by accessing the "Admin" application > Usage tab [1] > Download usage pricing [2].
The "Resource" column on the rate card indicates the type of service whose usage is billable. See below a list of the resources and the products or features to which they correspond.
