Usage Pricing

In addition to your license, your Talkdesk contract will include usage rates for telecommunications (Telco) and, if applicable, product usage rates. By default, if you are an Administrator, you can easily download the Telco and product usage rate cards applicable to your account.

 

Telco Usage Rate Cards:

Price of usage for telecommunications-related charges: e.g. minutes (inbound and outbound) and SMS sent.

Call 

Calls made/received via Talkdesk carriers. Includes events such as Inbound, Outbound, Agent-to-Agent calls, Call Monitoring, and BYOC  (Note: This doesn’t apply if you have purchased BYOC as an optional add-on product. A breakdown of these costs are available in your cost report).

Number

Phone numbers purchased through Talkdesk.

Message

SMS and MMS messages sent/received via Talkdesk.

Price of using a given product. In some cases, the usage rate is billed on top of the subscription price.
