Talkdesk Admin
- The Live API stream URLs will begin to be progressively updated, enhancing performance, stability, and scalability. Please see here for more details (e.g., the updated stream URLs by account region).
Note: This is a reminder from the previous Digest, as the change started to be rolled out on January 6th, 2026.
Talkdesk Workforce Management
- Automatic approval is now available for eligible shift trades. When admins enable automation, the "Automatic Approval" toggle can be turned on, and the system will auto-approve shift trades that pass all denial rules.
- Forecasted volumes can now be adjusted using either absolute numbers or percentages across multiple queues. Percentage-based adjustments will automatically round to the nearest whole number, helping resource planners scale high‑volume forecasts and reduce manual calculations and potential input errors.
- Forecasts are available to view, bulk edit, and import in 15‑minute, 30‑minute, 60-minute, or daily intervals in Workforce Management and Explore. Results can also be analyzed using matching aggregation levels in reporting.
