- The Live API stream URLs will begin to be progressively updated, enhancing performance, stability, and scalability. Please have a look here for more details (e.g., the updated stream URLs by account region).
Talkdesk AI Agent Platform
- Orchestrator's configuration interface is a dedicated panel that allows teams to control how the AI Agent greets contacts and handles pauses across supported channels. Options include defining custom welcome messages and configuring conversation fillers.
Talkdesk Workforce Management
- The WFM Default Timeseries Report now includes the Total Handled Contacts metric, providing greater context for Average Handle Time (AHT) analysis and more reliable reporting for data analysts.
- Team Schedule Metric was also updated to enable resource planners and supervisors to instantly see the impact of manual schedule changes on key staffing and service level metrics.
- The Special Days feature has introduced custom event creation and historical data exclusion, enabling teams to model unique business events and omit outlier days from forecasts. This enhancement improves forecast accuracy and flexibility.
Talkdesk Workspace Desktop App
- The new Desktop App version 3.0.2 has downgraded Electron to version 31.7.7. to promote a smoother, faster, and more user-friendly experience.
