Talkdesk Agent Workspace - Conversations (Voice)

  • Agents using compatible Jabra headsets can now manage calls directly from their headsets, promoting faster and more efficient call handling. The headset’s busy light will display the corresponding call status, according to the model’s specifications. Note that agents must have the necessary permissions to access these features.

Talkdesk CXA Operations Center (formerly AI Trainer)

  • The "IPA" (International Phonetic Alphabet) and "Sounds Like" fields were removed from the CXA Operations Center Custom Vocabulary. This update streamlines vocabulary management by focusing on term boosting and simplifying the UI, making the custom vocabulary process faster and more effective.

Talkdesk Digital Engagement

  • The template experience across digital channels has been improved and redesigned. The updated interface streamlines navigation with the new template and collection count, language filters, auto-search that triggers after three typed characters, and a larger, more intuitive preview panel.
