Talkdesk CXA Operations Center (formerly AI Trainer) & Talkdesk Navigator
- Admins can now obtain direct visibility into how Talkdesk Navigator is processing customer interactions. This new observability tool, located in CXA Operations Center (formerly AI Trainer), provides a log of messages and the topics that were detected, making it easier to monitor performance and troubleshoot flows.
Talkdesk Workforce Management
- Resource Planners can now automate approvals and denials based on configurable rules, such as group allowance, blackout dates, and more. Agents gain visibility into available time off options and receive timely feedback on requests, while Supervisors are kept informed of team plans.
- Users can now visualize shrinkage metrics alongside other key data and can edit shrinkage values either individually or in bulk. This enhancement enables more accurate forecasting, improved resource planning, and greater flexibility in managing staffing levels.
