Talkdesk Agent Workspace - Contacts
- Users can now delete custom fields that are no longer needed in the contact’s details. Note: This feature is only available for roles with Update permission for Contacts.
Talkdesk Builder - Talkdesk HubSpot Connector
- An issue was fixed where click-to-call was failing to identify the correct contact in HubSpot, resulting in duplicated contacts and incorrect call identification in Talkdesk. This fix applies to all package versions.
Talkdesk Digital Engagement
- The new “Inside Service Level” parameter has been added to the Digital Contact Dataset, to indicate whether an interaction met the defined service level threshold. This parameter appears as a string field with values Yes or No and applies only to answered interactions..
- It is now possible to have more control when managing WhatsApp touchpoints. Now, touchpoints can be deleted when there are no ongoing conversations, based on their status.
Talkdesk for Salesforce
- Version 7.0 of Talkdesk for Salesforce comes with numerous new features, enhancements, and fixes, including updates related to Seat Management, the Embedded Subscriptions App, and User Management, among others. See full details here.
