Talkdesk Agent Workspace - Conversations (Voice)
- Various enhancements have started to be gradually introduced to the wrap-up for internal transferred calls responses, improving functionality for Agents and Administrators.
Talkdesk Identity
- Talkdesk is extending Identity fraud protection to digital channels. The Validate Phone Studio component can now be used in incoming digital flows for SMS and WhatsApp conversations.
Talkdesk Studio - Voice IVR
- The Estimated waiting time (EWT) Studio component was updated in order for Administrators to now be able to select multiple variables, so multiple ring groups are considered on the estimated waiting time calculation.
- A new enhancement was introduced in order to prevent Agents from registering a new callback if an active one already exists for the same reason. This enhancement improves the customer experience by preventing multiple callbacks and reducing unnecessary tasks.
