Talkdesk Explore
- From now on, all users with access to Explore can consult information regarding disposition set, disposition, and nested disposition on the Contacts Report. This will allow for analysis of the information collected during the call and submitted during the wrap-up stage for each contact.
Talkdesk Digital Engagement
- Priority can now be dynamically set when a numeric variable is selected from the drop-down menu (e.g., use a data dip to retrieve a customer’s support tier level, then apply a conditional statement component that maps that value into a priority level recognized by the assignment component).
- The Chat widget now supports markdown format rendering directly within the chat, allowing messages generated by the AI Agent Platform to display rich formatting. This makes AI-assisted responses more visually structured and user-friendly, among other benefits.
Talkdesk for Microsoft Teams
- Talkdesk Embedded provides a true “single pane of glass” interface for customers. This new embedded experience offers skills-based routing, real-time AI assistance, unified omnichannel experiences, and deep analytics accessible from within Teams.
