Talkdesk Admin
- Admins can now choose Dutch (NL) as the preferred language for Workspace, affecting all users, through the Account Workspace Settings. Individual users can now choose Dutch as their preferred language (even overriding the account default language) through the Agent Workspace settings.
[Preview] Talkdesk Agent Workspace - Conversations
Important Note: This feature is available in Preview for select customers.
- Horizontal Layout is built for smaller screen widths and provides Agents with a clean, compact way to navigate active conversations, managing controls without sacrificing functionality or context.
Talkdesk Builder - Custom Integrations
- Talkdesk Embedded for Custom Integrations has released two new features. The Conversations App Multi-render Experience allows agents to switch between sub-tabs in their third-party system without losing their active session in the embedded Conversations App. Also, the automatic user logout setting is now available for custom embedded integrations. This means that Admins can configure the system to automatically log out Agents after a specific period of inactivity.
Talkdesk Microsoft Dynamics 365 Connector
- The new 3.3.0 Version allows Talkdesk Tenant field to be enabled on Microsoft Dynamics 365, being eligible for the lead sync. Also, Talkdesk Activities and Talkdesk Activity Steps will display a new field to identify the lead linked to a Talkdesk Activity or/and Talkdesk Activity Step (applicable to when an issue is created for a Lead).
Talkdesk Studio
- Admins can now assign Studio Flows to one or more teams and define granular permissions (View, Manage, Publish) for Studio Flows and Modules based on a user's team(s). This aims to improve administrative control by ensuring users only access flows that are relevant to their role.
Talkdesk Workforce Management

Various enhancements were released, namely:
- The ability to conveniently copy and paste the schedule’s events.
- Introduction of customizable automated reminders to Agents before their scheduled shifts, breaks, meetings, or training sessions.
- The Bulk Schedule Events Upload feature lets Resource Planners update multiple employee schedules at once by uploading CSV or Excel files.
