- Talkdesk Workspace will now support a range of keyboard shortcuts to improve navigation and productivity. Available from any app within Workspace, and the Desktop app, users can quickly open the secondary area, the Workspace Operator, and any of the first 9 apps available to users.

Now, you can create a single AI Agent or a multi-agent orchestration, where multiple AI Agents work together, with each contributing their specialized skills to complete parts of a larger objective.

- Agentic Autopilots is a new enhancement that leverages AI Agent Platform to deliver more capable, AI Agent-powered conversational virtual agents. This allows for more complex and natural interactions, reducing agent workload and improving customer experience.
Talkdesk Digital Engagement
- Supervisors and Agents can now exchange private, real-time messages during ongoing customer conversations, ensuring discreet communication without the customer’s awareness.
Talkdesk Workspace Desktop App
- Desktop App’s 2.2.1 version incorporates a correction that enables desktop pop-ups within the desktop application to function without domain restrictions, thereby aligning their behavior with that of the Talkdesk web version.
