Talkdesk Agent Workspace - Activities
- Now activities can be filtered by hours, for a more convenient user experience. Also, the "Assigned at" dropdown features new quick options, improving usability.
Talkdesk Conversations Mobile App
- The Early Media of the contact person’s service provider is now available for Outbound Calls on Conversations Mobile app. Agents can now receive early media from the destination provider before the call is answered, meaning Agents will get important information directly from the destination network, for better context and faster decision-making. This new feature is available for Android and iOS versions.
Talkdesk Digital Engagement
- Talkdesk’s capacity model was expanded to include conversations pulled from the inbox, in addition to those assigned via the Studio push model. Admins can now enable a configuration that counts pulled conversations toward an agent’s capacity, promoting a more balanced workload distribution, among other benefits.
Talkdesk Explore
- Along with the contact attributes, Contact Reports will now display User Attributes and User Proficiency. Also, 4 new fields will be added on Explore API (Contacts Report and the Contacts Report All Data Status): contacts.handling_attribute_names, contacts.handling_attribute_levels, contacts.user_attribute_names, and contacts.user_attribute_levels.
