Talkdesk Admin
- Users can now query Talkdesk's Knowledge Base directly from Workspace Operator. To do so, users can type keywords and open Smart Help to review the articles that match the desired search.
Talkdesk Agent Workspace - Activities, Contacts
- Users are now able to choose the outbound number when they click-to-call in the Activities and Contacts apps.
Talkdesk Digital Engagement
- Granular access control for WhatsApp outbound messaging is now supported, enabling Admins to assign specific ring groups to each WhatsApp number. This improvement ensures that only authorized Agents can initiate outbound conversations from a given number.
Talkdesk Microsoft Teams Connector
- Talkdesk Admins are now able to apply filters to fine tune choices over directory import. This improvement to Directory sync leads to enhanced customer privacy, while also lowering potential security concerns, in terms of scale and processing.
Talkdesk for Service Cloud Voice
- Version 2.16 allows Admins to enhance Agents' wrap-up experience by enabling the new “Copilot Disposition and Summary” setting. This will automatically populate the “Call Resolution” and “Description” fields in the Voice Call record with Copilot-suggested Disposition and Call Summary, respectively.
