Check out what's new from the prior week:
Release Notes
Talkdesk Admin
- A “Dedicated Line” label will be displayed next to the corresponding number on the "Numbers" page. This allows Admins and users with custom permissions to easily identify phone numbers that are configured as dedicated lines.
Talkdesk Admin - Firewall Configuration [REMINDER]
- To support enhanced load balancing and regional routing, new regional domains were added. The listed domains must be added to the firewall allowlist on ports 80 and 443. Note: Please see this Product Notice for additional details on how Firewall Configuration Updates are communicated.
Talkdesk Builder - Custom Integrations
- Admins using Talkdesk Embedded can now manage the visibility of the CTI status bar with a new parameter (show_cti_status) in the “init” event, for greater control over Agents’ UI experience. Note that, by default, the CTI status bar will remain visible.
Talkdesk Digital Engagement
- Enhance real-time engagement during chat conversations with sound notifications for contacts. With this feature, customers receive immediate sound alerts for key events, via desktop or mobile.
Talkdesk Explore
- The Contacts Report now displays the attribute(s) and proficiency level(s) associated with a voice contact.
Talkdesk Interaction Analytics [PREVIEW FEATURE]
Important Note: This feature is available in Preview for selected customers only.
- The newly-renamed Mood Detector (formerly known as Mood Insights) allows contact centers to provide emotional analysis at the beginning and end of the interaction. This intends to create a better customer experience and generate more actionable insights.
Talkdesk for Service Cloud Voice
