Talkdesk Admin
- Admins and users with custom permissions can now easily identify phone numbers configured as dedicated lines directly from the Numbers page. When a phone number is assigned as a dedicated line to an agent, a clear "Dedicated Line" label will be displayed next to the number.
Talkdesk Digital Engagement
- Agents can now handle emails sent to multiple touchpoints, as the system automatically creates a separate interaction for each touchpoint. Please note that Admins have the flexibility to enable or disable this feature as needed.
Talkdesk for Salesforce
- Version 6.8 of Talkdesk for Salesforce comes with a variety of new features and enhancements.
- As of May 14th, 2025, it will be possible to initiate a free 30-day trial of Talkdesk for Salesforce directly from the Salesforce AppExchange. This offers an easy way to create and integrate a Talkdesk account with your Salesforce environment to try out Talkdesk for Salesforce.
