Talkdesk Builder - Custom Integrations
- Talkdesk Embedded is a new solution that enables customers to easily integrate Talkdesk capabilities directly into their preferred systems through a custom integration. With Talkdesk Embedded customers will be able to fully embed their contact center and improve the agent experience with features like click-to-call functionality for initiating calls directly from your system.
Talkdesk Retail Experience Cloud
- Multiple new features have been released for Retail Experience Cloud (formerly known as Location Directory), such as agents now having direct access to service and staff details when handling customer interactions.
