Talkdesk for Salesforce

Talkdesk for Salesforce 6.7 released a variety of new features, enhancements and fixes. Among them are:
- The ability for Admins to add or remove multiple records from a dialing list by using a single component through Salesforce flows, simplifying list management and promoting efficiency.
- For customers leveraging the Contacts Model, the Talkdesk Activity will now display the Connect Time.
Talkdesk for Service Cloud Voice
- The "On Call" and "After Call Work" statuses in the Talkdesk-to-Salesforce status mapping table are now the mandatory status to map. This prevents agents from appearing as "Available" in the Salesforce Omnichannel during calls or after-call work, for a more accurate status display.
Talkdesk Studio
- Note: This feature will be available in Preview for selected customers only. Track changes with an AI-powered tool summarizing differences between flow versions. Improve visibility into workflow updates for Admins by reducing the risk of misconfigurations.
- A new enhancement allows you to compare and display the differences between Studio flow versions. This enables users to easily track changes between flow versions.
Talkdesk Workspace Desktop App
- The new Desktop App 2.2.0 version will be available on the download page. Enhancements include:
- Electron update to version 31.7.7.
- Desktop App users can now refresh the application using the F5 or CTRL+R (Windows) or CMD+R (Mac), for a faster way to refresh the app without having to log out and back in.
