Talkdesk Admin: Firewall Configuration Update
- Regional Domain Entries have been added to support enhanced load balancing and regional routing. The domains must be added to the firewall allowlist on ports 80 and 443.
Talkdesk Builder - Connections
- Admins can now configure the encoding type for actions directly through Connections. Previously, changes to actions encoding type required submitting a support ticket.
Talkdesk Cases
- Improved the user experience by dynamically adjusting the webform’s height based on content and ensuring the submission confirmation message is displayed correctly.
Talkdesk Digital Engagement
- This latest release ensures full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards, making digital interactions accessible to a broader audience. The chat widget’s new accessibility features are: Keyboard Navigation & Screen Reader Support; Customizable Interface.
Talkdesk Workspace Designer
- The embedded app is now fully integrated into Canvas and will appear as an app directly within the third-party system where it is embedded.
