- The most recent version introduced enhancements, including new “Table Options” to configure the Activities Table, as well as the ability to view the Email Subject as one of the column options.
Talkdesk for Service Cloud Voice
- With Single Sign-On (SSO), users can now log in to Talkdesk automatically when accessing the Omni-channel widget in Salesforce, without the need to manually enter credentials.
