Talkdesk Admin: Users
- Administrators now have the ability to export a list of all users' information into a CSV file.
Talkdesk Copilot
- The user experience was enhanced by improving the visual presentation of information and streamlining access to recommendations. Also, Copilot will now display the post-call summary view when transferring to a Flow.
Talkdesk Explore
- All users with access to Explore API can now consult information regarding disposition set and nested disposition on the Calls Report, allowing them to analyze the information collected during the call and submitted during the wrap-up stage, for each contact.
Talkdesk for Salesforce
- The 6.6 version of Talkdesk for Salesforce is compatible with Talkdesk Advanced Dialer. Once onboarded, customers will benefit from automatic creation of Talkdesk Activities for all Advanced Dialer calls, as well as Dialer list synchronization, similar to Salesforce Dialer. Several enhancements were also implemented.
Talkdesk Studio
- Studio flows’ validation mechanism was enhanced to ensure that all steps are connected to the flow. If there are “orphan steps”, the flow will be considered invalid, to ensure the correct behavior of Studio flows in runtime.
