Talkdesk Admin
- With the new Bring to front setting, Agents will receive a pop-up notification on the Desktop app, instead of the app taking over the screen for incoming calls. This gives Agents flexibility in managing calls, while staying focused on their current tasks.
Talkdesk Studio
- Now, on the Make Outbound Call component (triggered by an API request), Admins will be able to detect if the call is answered by an answering machine and use the “Voicemail detected” exit to take any action. E.g. disconnecting the call immediately or waiting for the sign to leave an audio message to the contact.
