Add-ons can be included with Talkdesk Express when processed through the conventional Order-to-Cash manual workflow, in adherence with the stipulated rules of engagement. In the automated Click-to-Buy process, however, add-ons are currently unavailable.

Activate the Talkdesk HubSpot Connector for a Talkdesk Express Trial
The Talkdesk HubSpot Connector is not available by default in the list of possible integrations in Talkdesk Builder.
To request the activation of Talkdesk HubSpot Connector in a given Talkdesk Express trial instance, you’ll need to open a ticket via the “Support” form available in the top right-hand corner of the Home app in Talkdesk Workspace, as shown below.

The description must include the following elements
Please activate the HubSpot Integration and Click-to-call. The Express trial is running for <company_name> in Talkdesk Account <talkdesk_account_name> (<talkdesk_account_ID>) and is to end at: <date>.
Where:
- <company_name> = The name of the Company populated when the Talkdesk Express trial was created, as shown below
- <talkdesk_account_name> The name of the Talkdesk account (aka instance) chosen when the Talkdesk Express trial was created, as shown below
- <talkdesk_account_ID> The ID of the Talkdesk account (aka instance) the Talkdesk trial is running on, as shown below
- <date> = The date when the Talkdesk Express is set to end
