Talkdesk Autopilot

  • The new Flow Trigger Entities feature allows customers to capture one or multiple entities in the flow trigger, significantly reducing the need for follow-up questions. This enables a more natural conversation flow with clients, for a smoother interaction experience.

Talkdesk Interaction Analytics

  • The way agent information is displayed in Search Export results was changed, to improve consistency and reliability. The main changes include replacing agent_name with agent_id in Search Export results, removing the "Include speakers name" option from the Export Select menu, and the agent_id column is now mandatory for all CSV exports.

Talkdesk Workspace Desktop App

  • The new 2.1.1 version fixed an issue where clicking the title bar on the Windows app didn’t close some UI elements. These elements now hide or close as expected.
