Talkdesk for Salesforce
- With the new 6.5 Version, admins can now configure the "Relate-to" functionality in Salesforce to be launched at the start of a call, rather than at the end. "Seamless Login with SSO" configuration was enabled as well, allowing agents to connect to Talkdesk immediately after entering their account name in Salesforce. Other enhancements and fixes were also rolled out.
Talkdesk for Service Cloud Voice
- Version 2.12 features the "Seamless Login with SSO" configuration enabled, automatically logging agents to Talkdesk after entering their account name on Salesforce. Also, unused components have been removed and two minor bugs were fixed.
