Release Notes
Talkdesk Admin
- Admins can now control account level settings specific to the Voice channel at Admin > Channels > Voice > Settings. Also, admins can control whether a call should continue to be recorded when all Agents leave a conference call, leaving only the Contact and external participants talking.
Talkdesk Agent Workspace: Conversations (Voice Channel)
- Agents hosting a conference have access to a new Leave button, that allows them to leave the call while letting other participants continue.
- Two new fixes were also recently rolled out.
Talkdesk AI Launchpad
- This new version of Talkdesk AI Launchpad, enhances Talkdesk Copilot, Customer Experience Analytics (CXA) and CX Sensors. It includes seat entitlement enforcement, integration via App Connect events, and automatic adjustments for upgrades and downgrades.
Talkdesk Connections
- Admins can automatically generate an action’s input and output schema from a sample endpoint’s request/ response JSON. This option will be available when creating/updating a new action.
Talkdesk Connections > Builder
- A variety of new features were released. Among them are changes to the Integrations tab, a new search functionality, and a faster way to add automations.
Talkdesk Explore
- With the new ability for agents to drop from conference calls after adding other participants, the Contacts Report will now show a new line for each participant added to the call.
Talkdesk Feedback
- Attach a Talkdesk number to an SMS survey to ensure compliance with carrier policies and enabling customers to send SMS surveys from numbers they own and control, for enhanced flexibility and control.
Talkdesk Studio
- For a more natural-sounding experience and greater control over speech parameters, admins can enable Studio Text-to-Speech powered by Amazon Polly voices directly on the Admin > Channels > Voice channel settings. Also, new languages will be progressively deployed.
