Talkdesk Connector for Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Version 3.2.4. of Talkdesk Connector for Microsoft Dynamics 365 package features a fix to an issue with Talkdesk Embedded, as it was not displaying the Conversations Inbox correctly within the iframe.
Talkdesk Digital Engagement
- The new WhatsApp Outbound Template Messaging capability allows agents to send manual outbound messages to customers using pre-approved WhatsApp templates. This includes messages sent outside the 24-hour response window.
Talkdesk Identity
- When voice enrollment or authentication fails, detailed failure reasons are now displayed on the Conversations App (“Identity” tab) and on the Identity App.
- Failure codes and their descriptions are now included in exported Identity data, providing additional insights for reporting and analysis.
