We are transitioning to Dynatrace as our preferred observability solution to enhance performance monitoring and management. This change guarantees we maintain our commitment to delivering top-tier service and support to our customers.
Customers with network access restrictions are requested to adjust their firewall settings to accommodate this change.
Impact details - Action may be required
- If you have network access restrictions established, firewall exceptions must be configured via domain allowlist. To do this, customers must add the following Dynatrace domains to their firewall configurations: *.dynatrace.com and talkdesk-prod.live.dynatrace.com.
- New Relic domains should remain in the allowlist until the migration has been completed. We will update the Network Setup: Firewall Configurations article when old domains can be removed.
- If you have network access restrictions established and do not take action, the product experience will remain unaffected. However, failure to add a firewall exception may compromise frontend troubleshooting from Talkdesk Support services.
Dates
- Before May 27, 2024: Impacted customers need to add Dynatrace domains in their firewall allowlist. You must retain the New Relic domain in your allowlist until the migration has been completed. We will update the Network Setup: Firewall Configurations article when old domains can be removed.
- Beginning April 2024: Applications began integrating with Dynatrace; we anticipate complete migration for all applications during 2H 2024.
