Talkdesk Home™ works mainly as a landing page. It provides quick access to training and resource materials to help you leverage the capabilities provided by Talkdesk. By default, Talkdesk Home is available to system roles of Administrator and Supervisor, while Agents will see their default landing page transition to the Conversations App.
Notes:
- This new version of Talkdesk Home is currently only available to new customers, and it's not customizable. We plan to roll it out to all existing customers in the first half of 2024.
- If you have the previous version of Talkdesk Home, please refer to the documentation here instead.
- If you wish to switch to the new version, described below, please contact Talkdesk Support.
The Talkdesk Academy™ “Trainings” section [1] presents a small sample of the training materials and certifications you can use to learn all about Talkdesk products.
To start, you can watch the presented four videos and, if you wish to, jump directly to their corresponding courses, or explore all Academy training videos.
On the Talkdesk Knowledge Base™ section [2], you can access resources and articles that explain how to configure your workflows, understand key metrics and their definitions, and check all the latest enhancements.
Additionally, “Your guide” [3] helps you find what you need inside the Talkdesk workspace.
