Is it possible to add other customer service phone numbers to our Talkdesk account ?

Talkdesk allows you to forward calls from an external phone number that's associated with an existing SIP PBX system (this means porting is not necessary, allowing us to accept different types of numbers from all over the world that aren't necessarily supported by us). So the best option, in this case, would be for you to get a phone number with a local provider with a SIP PBX hosted solution.
