October 11, 2023

On Wednesday, October 11th, 2023, we will release the following features for Talkdesk Workspace Designer™:

New:

  • Card Trigger and Canvas Trigger components: The Card Trigger and the Canvas Trigger components enable you to trigger the execution of a card based on Talkdesk events. This means that every time a specific event occurs, the flow will automatically re-trigger. A default exit is always present and is triggered when the card or canvas is first loaded on the user screen. These components are available for Card and Canvas flows, respectively.

  • Role data type on Fetch Data component: This new data type, available on the Fetch Data component, enables the retrieval of the active user role name. This allows the creation of card and canvas flows that can display different use cases based on the user's role
