Check out what's new from the prior week:

Talkdesk Admin

Agent-initiated Start Recording: This new feature gives agents greater control over call documentation by allowing them to start recordings during live interactions when needed manually. It also supports more flexible compliance and privacy workflows by enabling recording only when appropriate.

Talkdesk Explore

[Preview] Updates to AI Conversation Markers Report: This report will be expanded to support Agentic experiences and Autopilot intent-based interactions and renamed to AI Markers. The updates expand the report scope and add a variety of new columns to the report, enabling customers to ensure reporting consistency across AI products and provide improved visibility into how markers are triggered across different conversational experiences.

Talkdesk Knowledge Management

Upgraded indexing and ingestion pipeline: This platform-wide change improves the quality and reliability of Talkdesk Copilot and Talkdesk Autopilot answers, and applies to every connector and card. This is a sizable improvement that includes increased document size limits, searchable tables, and reliable indexing.

Talkdesk Quality Management

Duplicate Evaluation Visibility: Evaluators will now see a notification when an interaction already has a completed evaluation. Notifications are displayed both during manual evaluation creation and within the QM evaluation page, helping reduce accidental duplicate evaluations.

Talkdesk ServiceNow Connector

ServiceNow Australia Release: Talkdesk ServiceNow Connector v.4.2.7 is now certified and compatible with the latest ServiceNow Australia release version.
