Talkdesk Hubspot Connector
- Email interaction logging in HubSpot: Agents can now view email interaction data directly within HubSpot, expanding digital channel visibility beyond SMS and WhatsApp. This allows for more accurate customer history tracking and improved reporting within HubSpot.
Talkdesk Studio
- AI-powered tool for Studio flows is now Generally Available: Admins now have better visibility of key business logic updates, as Studio flow summarization tracks and summarizes changes between flow versions. This also reduces the risk of misconfigurations by enabling collaboration through documented workflow changes.
