Talkdesk Automation Flows is a new no/low-code multi-step orchestrator that enables Admins to automate advanced use cases across multiple integrations. Automation Flows allows building multistep and multi-integration processes that can be triggered by Talkdesk Events or via API, so automations can extend beyond a single system.
With an intuitive visual designer, Admins are able to build flows that connect to multiple external systems.

- Visual no/low-code designer to create multi-step, multi-integration automation flows.
- Event-driven and API-invoked flows.
- Support for Connections to integrate with external systems and services.
- Ability to invoke AI Agents as part of automated business processes.
- Ability to input additional logic for data transformation.

Automation Flows is available in Preview and is subject to an internal validation by Talkdesk for suitability. Customers who enter the preview program will have close support and monitoring by the Talkdesk product team.
