Headset not recognized

Headset call controls are currently supported only on Jabra devices, including compatible Bluetooth headsets when connected via corresponding USB Bluetooth dongle (from Jabra). We are continuously working to improve our features and plan to include support for other vendors as soon as possible.

Requirements:

  1. Ensure your headset is a Jabra device or a compatible Bluetooth headset connected via corresponding USB Bluetooth dongle (from Jabra).
  2. Make sure your device is properly connected and recognized by your computer.

Troubleshooting:

If call controls are not working:

  1. Check the USB/Bluetooth connection of your headset.
  2. Restart the application to ensure it detects the headset correctly.

Notes:

  • Call control functionality may vary depending on the headset model. Please refer to the manufacturer’s specifications to identify which buttons perform each action (Answer, End, Reject, Mute, etc.).
  • Some headsets require specific actions to reject a call, such as double-pressing the Accept Call button or holding it for a few seconds.
