Editing Live Dashboards

Editing a dashboard allows you to:

Note: In order to perform any of these actions, you must have the Reporting: Live>Dashboards>Manage permission enabled on your assigned Role.

 

Renaming a Live Dashboard

To rename a dashboard:

1. Select the desired dashboard [1].

2. Click on Settings [2].

3. Edit the name [3].

4. Click Save [4].

 

Filtering Live Dashboards

There are two mechanisms for filtering on Live dashboards:

  1. Dashboard-level filtering;
  2. Widget-level filtering.

You can filter by Ring Group at the dashboard level.  This filter will overwrite any previous ring group filters set at the widget level.

Note: Once you apply a dashboard-level filter, you cannot remove that filter at the dashboard level.  You must edit each widget to which the dashboard filter was applied.

Changing a Live Dashboard Timezone

By default, all Live dashboards use the account time zone setting from the Account>Preferences timezone setting.  You can modify the timezone of a Live dashboard.  This can be useful if the contact center has agents and supervisors in various regions who want to view their Live dashboards in their own time zones.

To change the time zone of a Live dashboard:

  1. Select the desired dashboard [1].
  2. Click on Settings [2].
