Talkdesk Digital Engagement
- Now you can clearly communicate data handling practices to end users directly within the chat widget. The ability to display a Privacy Policy Disclaimer helps build user trust and ensures compliance with privacy and data protection standards before the conversation starts.
- Supervisors can now set one default outbound WhatsApp template for each touchpoint, streamlining both supervisor setup and agent workflows. When agents send messages to contacts outside the 24-hour session window, the system now automatically applies the configured default template.
Talkdesk Healthcare Experience Cloud for Providers
- Digital and voice interactions can now be tracked, recorded, and managed when the patient is not identified. Previously, only the data of interactions where the patient was identified were being recorded, while now all the interactions are recorded, and organizations have access to all interaction data.
Talkdesk HubSpot Connector
- Talkdesk Embedded is available on the Remote Window in HubSpot, with three views available: For Talkdesk Workspace or External (CTI Connection only), Copilot and for Talkdesk Live.
- Agents can now view detailed Talkdesk interaction data directly within HubSpot, extending visibility beyond voice to include digital channels (starting, on this first version, with SMS). This enhancement enables more accurate customer history tracking and improved reporting within HubSpot.
Talkdesk Live
- The decimal precision for all numeric and percentage values returned by the Live API will increase from 4 decimal places to a maximum of 20 decimal places. This change improves accuracy for customers who rely on high-precision real-time metrics.
