Talkdesk Digital Engagement
- With granular access control for outbound emails, Admins can assign specific queues to each email touchpoint. Now, only authorized Agents can initiate new outbound conversations from designated email touchpoints.
- Agents are now able to forward closed email interactions directly from Activities, with the entire conversation history, subject, and attachments of the last email automatically included.
Talkdesk Workforce Management
- Admins can delete or update queue tags in Workforce Management without disrupting live queue handling. This enhancement ensures that tags can be managed safely and efficiently.
Talkdesk Workspace Desktop App
- Electron was updated to version 37.4.0. Also, while the app still pre-selects your previously-used account, you can now quickly switch to a different account directly on the login screen before entering your password or using SSO.
