Talkdesk SAPC4C Connector
- This component now supports all the embedded framework capabilities, including embedding Talkdesk Workspace, Canvas Embedded App, or Conversations, and Copilot in headless mode. It will also seamlessly benefit from any updates made to the framework. Admins can also now customize the sizing of Talkdesk Embedded on the phone widget.
Talkdesk Workforce Management
- Proactively notify Supervisors and employees when deviations from scheduled shifts, tasks, or breaks occur. The system checks for out-of-adherence (OOA) events at configurable intervals and sends one-time alerts via in-app, SMS, or email, helping prevent notification fatigue.
