Talkdesk Admin - Talkdesk ID
- Enhancements have been made to strengthen Talkdesk ID Password Security. Inactive users, as of October 30, 2025, will be prompted to reset their passwords the next time they log in. Active users are not impacted. The password will be automatically upgraded to our new secure algorithm after the next successful login. For more information, please check this documentation.
Talkdesk Explore
- From now on, all users with access to the Explore-API can consult information regarding disposition set, and nested disposition on the “Call Report All Data Status” and “Explore Calls Report”. This will allow for the analysis of the information collected during the call and submitted during the wrap-up stage for each contact.
Talkdesk ServiceNow Connector
- Talkdesk ServiceNow Connector v.4.2.6. is already certified and compatible with the latest ServiceNow Zurich release version. Also, full regional cloud support has been rolled out, providing support to all available Talkdesk regions.
