Talkdesk Agent Workspace - Activities
- Users can now apply filters alongside the search box in Activities, allowing them to narrow down digital interaction search results more effectively.
- New types of activities for Voice Autopilot users have been added, as users can now check the activity details for successful, escalated, and abandoned Voice Autopilots.
- Team-Based Access Control for Audio Recordings allows Administrators to manage access to audio recordings in Activities by applying “Team”, “Child Team”, or “Team + Child Team” scopes. Users will only be able to view the recordings of call logs handled by Agents within their assigned teams.
Talkdesk Agent Workspace - Conversations (Cross-channel)
- A new customization feature comes with options for tabs management on Transfer Destinations such as “Consult”, “Blind Transfer”, and “Add a guest”, giving Admins more flexibility to tailor the Agent experience and optimize workflows. These updates are admin-controlled and configurable only at the account level.
Talkdesk Agent Workspace - Conversations (Voice Channel)
- A new fix updates the behavior of the disposition filtering logic when certain parameters exceed their predefined limits.
Talkdesk Digital Engagement
- Talkdesk Fax is now in General Availability in the US and EU regions This new digital channel makes it easier to manage fax communication within Talkdesk. With Talkdesk Fax, teams can unify communications, streamline workflows, and simplify administration.
- New inbox assignment rules allow Admins to automate the handling of unassigned inbox conversations. Rules can trigger on time-based conditions, automatically routing conversations into a Studio flow for assignment or closing them.
- Admins can now restrict template usage to specific queues, ensuring Agents only see relevant, pre-approved content. This feature provides centralized control to enforce process compliance and brand standards.
