Talkdesk Digital Engagement
- The Fly Out message feature enhances visitor engagement by displaying a floating chat invitation outside the chat launcher bubble. This highly visible prompt encourages users to start a conversation without opening the launcher first, helping drive more interactions. Note: This feature is supported exclusively on Chat Widget V2 and is not available on Chat Widget V1 versions. For more details, please read this.
Talkdesk Healthcare Experience Cloud for Providers
- A new workflow automation capability is now available in Autopilot for Epic customers. Autopilot can now create an In Basket message and automatically assign it to the appropriate user or group by collecting data from digital or voice patient interactions.
- When rescheduling an appointment, the date and time will now be updated directly, improving accuracy for appointment history and patient behaviour tracking. Now the rescheduling process can be streamlined while keeping all the context from the original appointment, and only changing the date and time.
Talkdesk Workforce Management
- A new enhancement allows Resource Planners to update key forecast metrics — Contact Volume Offered (CVO) and Average Handle Time (AHT) — across multiple queues at once, directly from the Forecast page. Resource Planners can select queues individually or by tags, apply edits at 15-minute or daily intervals. This feature simplifies forecast management for bulk operations.
- Admins can restrict user access to only their assigned teams, reducing cross-team errors and simplifying permissions management. This update enhances security, streamlines operations, and supports scalable workforce management for large or distributed teams.
