Summary: As a final stage of the migration from Talkdesk Classic to Talkdesk Workspace™, Talkdesk is disabling user access to the Talkdesk Classic pages. This change will not impact user experience as all features previously available in Talkdesk Classic are already available in Talkdesk Workspace.
Impacted customers: Users who may still be using the functionality directly in Talkdesk Classic will be affected by this change. No customer action is required. Users will automatically be routed to Talkdesk Workspace upon login.
What is changing and why
The shortcut to Talkdesk Classic will be removed from the profile menu, disabling access to all of its public pages and removing the impersonate feature from the Support Dashboard.
Most of the pages in Talkdesk Classic are no longer working and direct you to Talkdesk Workspace. The remaining pages within the Admin App that are still active, have already been fully migrated to Talkdesk Workspace. As such, there will be no loss of functionality.
No User Action Required
No action is required on your part. The transition is expected to be seamless, with all users — including those who bookmarked the URL — automatically having full access and being directed to Talkdesk Workspace. This will provide uninterrupted service and access to all the features you rely on.
