Talkdesk Workforce Management
- Resource Planners and Supervisors can now add custom tags to queues directly from the queue configuration page. Tags can be created and viewed as needed. Additionally, Resource Planners and Supervisors can filter Agents by queue tag in the Team Schedule, as well as filter queues by tag in the Forecast page.
