Talkdesk AI Launchpad & Talkdesk Interaction Analytics [PREVIEW FEATURE]
Important Note: This feature will be available in Preview for selected customers only.
- New redaction capabilities allow customers to configure which entities they can redact on their post-call transcripts and, if required, also redact the matching portion of the audio recording. This configuration will be made available in AI Launchpad, where customers will have access to a new “Premium Redaction” AI model they can add to their Customer Experience Analytics flows.
Talkdesk Dialer
- Now, you can see the total number of records eligible to be dialed per campaign in real time, as the “Eligible Record to be Dialed” metric has been added to the Outbound Live Campaign widget.
- The “Available Records to Dial” metric has been renamed as “Records Queued for the Next 10 Minutes”. The new name is expected to provide better clarity and context for its use.
Talkdesk Digital Engagement
- A new template for Chat Quickstart is designed to reduce perceived latency and boost user engagement. Admins can now create and customize chat Quickstarts with click-to-edit and real-time preview, for easier configuration. Quickstart Buttons enable users to immediately initiate conversations with Autopilot, place calls directly from the chat widget, or open external webpages.
Talkdesk Explore
- Team, Child Teams, and Team + Child Teams scopes have a wider availability, as they can now be used in more default dashboards and default reports.
Talkdesk Quality Management
- Team Scoping in QM allows Admins to control evaluator access by defining team-based scopes. Through Roles and Permissions, users can apply a “Team”, “Child team” or “Team + Child” team scope to QM.
- The new QM Assist Evaluator™ addresses the limitations of traditional keyword-based methods by automating assessments using Generative AI capabilities. It provides Supervisors with greater flexibility and accuracy when evaluating performance. Note: Please contact your Talkdesk representative for more details and how to access QM Assist Evaluator.
