The Talkdesk Desktop App is updated approximately every 90 days. Each version is supported for 90 days after the release of a newer version, after which support and updates are discontinued. This regular update cycle ensures users receive the latest features, security enhancements, and bug fixes, while simplifying support and reducing the need for retroactive fixes.
- Update Frequency: A new version is released at least every 90 days.

- Download Availability: Only the current and previous versions are available on the download page page; older versions are removed.
Talkdesk publishes a Desktop App Release Note two days before a new version is released on the download page, allowing Admins to run tests. One month after the release note, an in-product message will notify users of the availability of the newest version. For critical issues, new release notes are published, and updates will be available for immediate download.
Recommendation to customers: Talkdesk strongly recommends that customers use the latest version of the Talkdesk Workspace Desktop App to ensure continued compatibility, access to the latest features, and full support.
